Mental Health Conversations Belong in Every Industry, Community and Home.
It's okay to not be okay.

It's okay to not be okay.
Project Mental Wellness believes that mental health is just as important as physical health and should be prioritized in all aspects of life. Our goal is to break down the stigma surrounding mental health by providing education, support and access to resources for those who need it. We are committed to fostering a
community where mental health is openly discussed and individuals are empowered to seek help without fear of judgement or discrimination.
After losing her husband to suicide in March 2022, Leanne made the decision to use her voice to create hope, spark conversation, and advocate for mental wellness in her community. She is passionate about creating communities where conversations about mental health are welcomed, stigma is replaced with compassion, and access to care is available when it is needed most - not just when it's too late.
Project Mental Wellness is a community-driven non profit dedicated to promoting mental health awareness, suicide prevention, and meaningful conversations around emotional well-being. Through education, advocacy, and collaborative initiatives, we strive to create a supportive environment where individuals feel seen, heard, and connected.
Our work is made possible through the support of volunteers, community partners, local organizations, and individuals who share our commitment to reducing stigma and improving access to mental health resources. Together, we continue to develop proactive initiatives that foster hope, resilience, and
compassion within our community.
